What is Swansea Telly

Undercurrents is the lead partner with 4 other organisations in the Swansea Telly project. Swansea Telly is an online video channel for Swansea. All the videos have been produced by people from Swansea as part of a digital inclusion project funded by the Welsh Government communities 2.0 programme. Share your stories and visions of your city.
A unique collaboration of media organisations have come together to train the people of Swansea to be digitally included. We hosted film making workshops throughout 2011 and 2012.

Swansea Telly is a new and innovative collaborative Digital Inclusion Project which will involve partners from the Swansea Media Consortium, training minority groups in all aspects of media production, to create content for an online TV station- Swansea Telly.

Swansea Telly wins Digital Hero Awards 2011

D from undercurrents is the administrator of Swansea Telly. In December she won the Talk Talk Digital Hero Award for Wales.She was awarded £5000 in the House of Lords ceremony.
